WIESBADEN – The Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) reports that price-adjusted new orders in the main construction industry in April 2017 increased a seasonally and working-day adjusted 0.9% on March 2017.

In building construction and civil and underground engineering, in establishments of enterprises with 20 or more persons, new orders increased by 2.6% in nominal terms compared with the corresponding month of the previous year.
